Warranty Terms
- This Product Warranty Registration Certificate must be duly completed and submitted to Inké Pte Ltd within 14 days from the date of purchase. You must print out the acknowledgement slip that is set to your email for your record.
- This Product Warranty is valid for the period of one (1) year or 30 refills, whichever is earlier, from the date of purchase and only valid in the country stated in the dealer's/retailer's stamp on the warranty card.
- This Product Warranty is a limited warrant in relating to the product sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage. This Product Warranty applies to the product only and does not apply to any other accessory equipment used in connection with this product unit or any such items not supplied by Inké.
- The product is to be used with Inké ink tanks and is strictly for refilling original cartridges which are in good working condition only. For avoidance of doubt, cartridges deemed not in good condition include (but are not limited to) cartridges with clogged nozzles or printhead, electrical failure (e.g. burnt resistors) and tampered cartridges (e.g. manually refilled cartridges). This Product Warranty will not extend to cover the refilling or use of any other such compatibly cartridges.
- Any application under this Product Warranty is limited to the repairing or replacement at Inké's sole discretion if this product proves to be defective within the warranty period.
- To claim under this Product Warranty, the customer must take the product and this Product Warranty Certificate together with the original invoice within the validity of the stipulated one (1) year period to the dealer where the product was purchased or an authorized distributor within the country of the original dealer/retailer (as shown on the dealer's/retailer's stamp on the warranty card). The customer shall transport the product to the dealer or distributor at his own risk and shall be responsible for any costs incurred thereof.
- This Product Warranty does not cover any defects arising from abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, fire or any other natural disaster, any unauthorized repairs/alteration/modification to the product, use in violation of the instruction manual supplied, defect or damage due to a fall after purchase or environmental pollution or irregular volutage sources or carelessness/improper storage or improper maintenance, defect due to exhausted/expired/leaked batteries, defect due to sand, dirt, water entering the inside of the product casing and any other situation whereby Inké is not at default and has no control whatsoever. The list of circumstances to void this Warranty is not exhausted.
- Improper handling of ink tanks may cause internal damage and may void this Warranty.
- This product does not have any user-serviceable parts. Any attempt to repair or tamper with the product or breaking of the seal will void this Warranty.
- This Warranty will not be applicable where this Product Warranty Certificate is not returned with the product or any alterations whatsoever are made to it regarding the year, month and date of purchase, the customer's name, the dealer's name and the serial number or when proof of purchase or the printed acknowledgement slip is not presented with this Warranty or the product is purchased from a dealer not authorized by Inké in your state or country.
- Inké's sole liability under this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the product and any liability for incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect in the product or for any such loss resulting from a delay in repair are all excluded.
- Inké reserves the right to verify any Product Warranty Certificate submitted for claiming Warranty. Inké shall have the right of refusal to honor any Warranty given hereto where such Product Warranty Certificate is found not to be in order, this including but not limited to situations where the stamp/seal have been tampered with or where the seal is broken.
Disclaimer of Warranty
As so far the law of the individual state is allowed, Inké makes no
other representations or warranties either expressed or implied and in no
event shall be liable for any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for any particular purpose or for any consequential, incidental or indirect
damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of revenue or business
profits, goodwill or contracts, business interruption and loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss, costs, expenses or other claims
for compensation) howsoever arising, regardless in contract, tort or otherwise
from the use or inability to use the product you have purchased.
This Warranty is void in the eventuality of incorrect loading of the ink tank or original cartridge, thereby damaging or breaking the needle inside the system.
