1. Will Use of Inké's Product Automatically Void My Printer's Warranty?

If you read the terms and conditions of your printer's warranty, you will find that generally, the printer company does not automatically void your warranty simply because you used the product from another company. (In U.S.A. , such automatic voiding of warranties based on the use of another brand's product is considered an infringement of the law, i.e., the Magnuson moss Warranty Improvement Act). However, if your printer is damaged due to your own fault, misuse, negligence or the use of a product not manufactured by the printer company, then usually pursuant to your printer warranty, the printer company has the right not to repair or replace your printer for free.

2. What is Inké's Product Warranty?

The Product Warranty is a limited warrant in relation to the product sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage. This Product Warranty applies strictly to the product only and does not extend to any other accessory equipment used in connection with this product unit or any such items not supplied by Inké. It also does not cover defects arising from abusive conduct, misuse, improper installation, neglect relevant instruction, accident, unauthorized repair/alternation/modification to the product and/or any other form of natural disaster.

The Product Warranty is valid for the period of one (1) year or 30 refills, whichever is earlier from the date of purchase, and only in the country where you purchased that product.

3. Will using Inké products damage my printer?

Definitely not! Inké gurantees that its products will perform as well as OEM supplies under similar conditions.

In fact, Inké also provides end-users with a warranty that should their printer be damaged by Inké's product (subject to terms and conditions), Inké will furnish the end-user with another printer of similar or equal value.

4. What does OEM mean?

OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer". OEM refers to companies, such as Hewlett Packard (HP), Canon, Lexmark and Brother, that manufacture your printer.
